University Society Affiliate Terms

Section 01

Program & Eligibility

The insidersREPE Affiliate Partner program is open to university societies and equivalent student clubs. Participation is subject to any applicable university or society policies.

Participation is free and non-exclusive. Each participating society is issued a unique referral link for sharing with its members.

Section 02

Member Discount & Commission

Members of a partner university society receive a 15% discount on eligible insidersREPE programs.

insidersREPE pays the society a 15% commission on the discounted program price actually paid by the referred customer, excluding any taxes added to the purchase at checkout and subject to refunds and chargebacks. Payment processing fees and other insidersREPE costs are not deducted when calculating commission.

A purchase is attributed to the society when it is completed within 30 days of the customer's qualifying click on that society's referral link.

1:1 sessions, including any 1:1 upsells, are not commissionable.

Section 03

Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

Commissions become payable 30 days after the relevant purchase, provided the purchase has not been refunded or charged back. Payouts are made monthly.

If a commission has already been paid and the underlying purchase is subsequently refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission may be deducted from a future payout.

Section 04

Promotion, Termination & Changes

Purchases generated through fraudulent activity, manipulation of referral attribution or unauthorized paid advertising on insidersREPE branded search terms are not commissionable.

insidersREPE retains all rights to its content.

Either party may end the arrangement at any time; earned commissions remain payable.

insidersREPE may amend these terms with notice.
