Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Section 09
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy or its subject matter, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination.
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to this Privacy Policy (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please email us at [email protected].
Section 13
AI Interview Simulator
In Short: When you use our AI Interview Simulator, we process your email address, usage data, and the answers you submit, which are processed by our AI service provider to generate questions, grading, and feedback. We do not store your interview answers after your session.
The AI Interview Simulator is part of our Services and is available at simulator.insidersrepe.com. When you use the free round, we collect your email address to provide access and to enforce the one-free-round-per-person limit. When you use the members version, we process your access code. In both cases we process usage counts and IP addresses for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
The answers you submit during a session are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider (Anthropic) to generate interview questions, grading, and feedback in real time. We do not use your answers to train AI models, and our provider does not use them to train its models. Interview transcripts are not stored on our servers after your session ends; your session history exists only in your own browser. Hosting and usage records are handled by our service providers acting on our instructions, and these providers may process your information outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.
If you start a free round, we may add your email address to our mailing list; you can unsubscribe at any time as described in Section 07. We retain your email address and usage counts for as long as necessary to enforce free-round limits and protect the integrity of the Services.
